  • Prali and its “Tredici Laghi” (thirteen Lakes) walks;
  • Parco Naturale Orsiera Rocciavrè, with Rifugio Selleries, Pian dell’Alpe, the Colle delle Finestre and Assietta road;
  • Pragelato and the Parco Naturale della Val Troncea, an Alpine Pearl since 2012;
  • Crissolo and its fascinating excursions around Monviso;

located in a beautiful natural setting at 1.450 mt di altitudine, it is suitable for intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is also a lot of terrain for beginners and experts too. Cross country ski trails, ice skating, ice-climbing, and sled-dog.

Via Lattea:

offers a wide choice of skiing opportunities: this International skiing area includes Sestriere, Sauze d’Oulx, Oulx, Sansicario, Cesana, Pragelato, Claviere as well as the French Montgenèvre. It offers more than 163 skiing linked tracks (41 blue, 92 red and 30 black slopes), a linear extension which is about 400 Km and 66 ski-lifting facilities whose altitude ranges from 1.380 metres in Cesana to 2.800 metres on top of the Motta course.

Giro d'Italia & Tour de France

The Giro d'Italia includes very often some stages in Piedmont that will probably be decisive. The most important cycling race in Italy, normaly crosses pur roads and the very steep mountains roads of our region.
And one of the most beautiful stages is the suggestive Colle delle Finestre.

Also the Tour de France sometimes crosses the Pinerolo roads and cities.
